Wayne Whitzell

Wayne Whitzell is the president of DFS Green, responsible for all corporate facility client relationships across the United States. He manages the company’s services at millions of square feet of corporate space coast to coast.

Wayne is an IFMA Fellow and has been an active IFMA member since 2001. He is the past president of IFMA’s Corporate Facilities Council and past president of IFMA’s East Bay Chapter. Over the years, he has held various committee and board positions in multiple IFMA components. Wayne has developed and presented a diverse body of educational materials for IFMA globally, including 18 sessions at both IFMA’s World Workplace and Facility Fusion. He has amassed more than 140 presentations, articles and webinars, and presented to more than 30 components, 10 learning institutions and five other built environment organizations.
