Darin Rose is Director of Facilities & Real Estate at the Credit Union of Colorado and brings over three decades of diverse experience across public, private, and non-profit sectors. His entrepreneurial background and extensive work in banking, retail, office, construction, and the restaurant industry across multiple states have consistently delivered award-winning results.

A passionate advocate for accessible facility management, Darin has shared his expertise as an IFMA Qualified Instructor for nearly a decade. He holds prestigious certifications—CFM, SFP, GGP, and CRFP—demonstrating his commitment to excellence and sustainability. He has led the multi-award-winning Denver Chapter of IFMA, the Public Sector Council, and America’s Advisory Board. His dedication to the global facility management community is further evidenced by his recognition as the 2020 IFMA Distinguished Member, his induction as an IFMA Fellow in 2021, and appointment to IFMA’s Global Board in 2025, underscores his collaborative leadership and impactful contributions.
