Knowledge strategy is a game changing initiative launching in the fall of 2015 in response to member feedback for simpler, more efficient access to content. This initiative defines how IFMA will organize and manage its knowledge, information and content for the benefit of the organization and its members.
It refers to a multi-disciplined approach to achieving organizational objectives and strategies, both from a technology and internal efficiencies standpoint.
