Call for IFMA Officer Nominations

Yo IFMA, Marc Liciardello here, your immediate past chair. I would be honored if you would allow me to take two minutes of your time to update you on IFMA’s annual executive committee officer nominating process.

Facility management professionals like us are stewards of the built environment. We deliver value through the effective and efficient integration of people, place, process and technology.

IFMA is committed to advancing the facility management profession and IFMA’s board of directors and officers are dedicated, passionate FM thought leaders that in partnership with each member are shaping the direction, continued growth and success of our community!

It is time for IFMA to set the table of executive committee officers and thereafter directors for the coming fiscal year starting July 1, 2014.

As your immediate past chair and in accordance with our bylaws, I will lead the officer nominating committee to facilitate the process of application, interview and officer nomination for the positions of chair, first vice chair and second vice chair.

Nominations are due by 5 p.m. EST on Friday, Feb. 21, 2014.

I will never forget my role on the board and executive committee. It was both exciting and enriching in a way that will keep me coming back to IFMA to ask how I can continue to volunteer.
