In the wake of Hurricane Harvey, we've received exceptional support in the interest of our members and the IFMA family. We understand concerns about traveling to Houston at this time, but assure all our members, attendees, exhibitors and sponsors that Houston is ready and open for business! The officials of the George R. Brown Convention Center and the City of Houston have assured us that they will be ready to accommodate our World Workplace Conference and Expo and attendees at the high level you've come to know. The IFMA Foundation has also established an IFMA Employee Assistance Fund — you can contribute here.

Jan. 19, 2017
Whether your organization is interested in culture-driven recruitment, improved space management or achieving a green certification, assessing the current state and outlook of the workplace is an essential part of the journey.

With this in mind, the January/February 2017 issue of FMJ, IFMA's official magazine, explores how FMs can align business objectives with occupant needs to define the “place” of workplace.

Articles include insights on flexible workspaces and support tools, leveraging design to foster productivity, recruitment and retention, workplace strategy and space utilization, interior design, ergonomics, occupant comfort, standards and more.
