Best Practices
A best practice is a process, technique or innovative use of resources that has a proven record of success in providing significant improvement in cost, schedule, quality, performance, safety, environment or other measurable factors that affect an organization’s facility operations. IFMA has been collecting best practices from facility managers for more than a decade and regularly conducts best practices forums, allowing members to share their practices that clearly superior results when compared to similar organizations.
