Photo of the Week Submission Guidelines

In an effort to provide unique photos submitted by IFMA’s members and partners, IFMA now features a Photo of the Week in the Media Room of the IFMA homepage. To submit a photo for consideration, please follow the guidelines below.

Examples of Photos:
Please submit unique facility-related shots including renovations to the exterior or interior of a commercial space, a workplace environment, interior design innovations, specialized facilities or sustainable practices. Headshots or photos of personnel will not be used.

Image Size and Format:
All photos must be at least 800 x 600 pixels (high resolution) and will be accepted in JPG format only.

Submitting a Photo:
To submit a photo, please send the image as an attachment to IFMA’s Public Relations Specialist Laurie Steiner at laurie.steiner@ifma.org. The subject line must read “Photo of the Week.”

Images for consideration will be accepted year-round.

Submitting a Caption:
Submitting a caption is optional. If you wish to submit a caption, please include it in the body of the e-mail. Captions must be 20 words or less. If you wish to attribute the photo to a particular photographer, please include that in the caption.
