The great IFMA rebrand of 2013: Market research is now underway

The momentum for this impactful project for IFMA has built up over some time. After leading a rigorous RFP process to find to a company with the understanding and design expertise for IFMA’s new logo, we ultimately selected Neiger Design as our partner in the 2013 rebrand project.

Throughout the past few months we have been working with Neiger Design on a market research process involving focus groups at World Workplace 2012 and Staff Intake Sessions at the IFMA Service Center of Excellence. This month we are conducting telephone interviews with key IFMA stakeholders and a quantitative online questionnaire that will go to more than 30,000 members and nonmembers. This ensures we move forward with the most informed input possible. IFMA is looking at the brand as whole, which of course includes the logo, but also the way the association projects itself in the market place, via font, colors, taglines, etc.

We are aware of the importance that the entire IFMA community has in this process and truly value all input.  All info received at this time will form the basis for the all-important creative brief which will be used as the foundation of the design process. Stay tuned for more information.
