Performance Management in Facilities: Measuring What's Most Important

Today’s facility managers need a combination of people and analytical skills to effectively communicate to upper management or the C-suite. Facility performance management is a powerful approach to aligning strategic facility plans with organizational strategies and use metrics to identify the real value of your facility to your organization’s C-Suite.

This course focuses on various methodologies for to develop the strategy and framework for a performance management system for facilities, and to develop a tactical plan for how to deliver a performance management system.
