All prices are in USD. 

All reports, books and logo items in the IFMA Bookstore are shown with a list (nonmember) price and a discounted IFMA member price. Prices shown are IFMA prices only and do not necessarily reflect prices at which these items may be available from other publishers or suppliers. Prices are subject to change without notice. All products shown in the store are currently available. Occasionally, an item goes out of stock temporarily (backorder). IFMA will inform you if any of the items you have ordered have been backordered or are unavailable.

Payment

Credit cards: IFMA’s online store main payment method is via credit cards. All major credit cards are accepted (American Express, Diners Club, Discover, MasterCard and Visa)
Purchase order or check: If a purchase order or check payment option is required, please email your order to store@ifma.org or call +1-713-623-4362. We will assist you and process your order Monday through Friday from 8 to 5 p.m. CST.


Digital Downloads (E-Files)

A link to the publication purchased in electronic format (e-files) will be available for download on the confirmation order page. The digital downloads will also remain in each user profile under “My Downloads” for future access. Please contact IFMA bookstore if you experience any problem locating the link to your electronic publication. There are no refunds on these products after download.


Shipping, Delivery Estimates and Services

IFMA ships via United Parcel Service (UPS) exclusively. Tracking information will be emailed to you via UPS Quantum View once your item is shipped. Please verify your email address is correct.

NO Shipping to PO Boxes:  All shipments must be addressed to an actual physical address. 

Customers outside the United States are responsible for paying all duty and brokerage charges charged directly through customs. Because IFMA is not charging these fees, we are not able to estimate how much they will be. We take measures to ensure that the value of your shipment is declared accurately, and that all necessary paperwork accompanies your shipment to minimize any customs clearance delays.

Shipping to APO/FPO/DPO addresses: All shipments to APO, FPO, DPO addresses are sent via the United States Postal Service even though UPS shipping options will be offered during check-out. Simply select “UPS Ground” as your shipping option. Following the steps below will ensure that you are charged the correct shipping amount and that your order will be delivered in a timely fashion.

  • City field: Enter "APO,""FPO," or "DPO."
  • State/Province field: Enter the two-letter code for the region where the recipient is stationed. Typically, but not always, the code is "AE" for recipients stationed in Europe, Canada, Africa, or the Middle East; "AA" for recipients stationed in the Americas; and "AP" for recipients stationed in Asia or the Pacific.
  • Country field: Always "United States" regardless of where the recipient is stationed.

Shipping & Handling Delivery Estimates
Please allow 7 to 10 business days for regular delivery of items that are in stock when you place your order. Please allow for longer delivery time if your order is shipping to an address outside of the United States.

UPS Shipping Services
UPS shipping services will be offered according to what the automated UPS system application determines is available for your shipping destination. Rates are also determined by the UPS system application.

  • UPS Ground - U.S. Only: Delivery in 1-5 business days (Monday – Friday) based on distance to destination.
  • UPS Next Day Air* - U.S. Only: Delivery on next business day, typically by 10:30 a.m. Friday orders will be delivered on Monday.
  • UPS International Standard – Canada Only: Delivery in 5-7 business days (Monday – Friday) based on distance to destination. NOTE: This does not account for delays due to customs clearance in Canada.
  • UPS Worldwide Expedited: Delivery in 3-5 business days, typically by 9:00 a.m. NOTE: This does not account for delays due to customs clearance in country.
  • UPS Worldwide Saver (Express): Delivery in 1-3 business days, typically by 9:00 a.m. NOTE: This does not account for delays due to customs clearance in country.

*Orders that are received by 2 p.m. U.S. Central Standard Time will be shipped the same day (or Monday if order is received on Saturday or Sunday). Orders received after 2 p.m. CST will not be shipped until the next business day. For other rush deliveries, contact the IFMA bookstore directly via phone, fax or e-mail to make arrangements.


Tracking Packages

When IFMA has fulfilled your order, the person receiving the package (ship to address) will automatically receive an email from UPS Worldship (Quantum View) notifying that the package has been shipped. The package can be tracked using the UPS tracking number provided. When the package has been delivered, an automated delivery notification will be sent. 


Cancellations, Returns, Refunds, Replacements

Cancellations and Refunds
Most orders ship within 24-48 hours of receipt. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact IFMA immediately via email at store@ifma.org or by calling +1-713-623-4362 Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST. If you contact IFMA after a period of 48 hours, we may not be able to cancel your order due to the timing of automated processes. If your order was ineligible for cancellation, you may return the product(s) for refund or credit minus shipping and handling charges. Your order history will be updated if we are able to cancel the order successfully. There are no refunds of digital downloads (e-files) after download.

Return & Refund Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with any book, report or logo item purchased from the bookstore, you may return materials in sellable condition within 30 days for credit or refund minus the shipping/handling charges. Please contact IFMA Bookstore at your earliest convenience for appropriate return & refund instructions.

Replacement
IFMA will replace reports, books or logo items that were damaged during shipping. In addition, IFMA will ship replacements if you were inadvertently sent the wrong products. Requests for replacements must be made within 30 days of your original order date. Please contact IFMA Bookstore to discuss the damage or error and the next steps.
