Reservations
Reservations may be made by calling 713-629-1200 or 800-HOTELS-1, or through your designated travel agency. When calling Marriott/Renaissance reservations or the hotel direct, please ask for the IFMA rate at the time of reservation. Reservations made at higher rate programs will not be adjusted after check-in. We request all reservations to be guaranteed for late arrival after 6pm by a major credit card number or advance deposit. When necessary to cancel a reservation, it needs to be cancelled by 6pm on day of arrival. A guaranteed "no-show" will result in a no-show charge of one night room rate plus tax. Any reservation not guaranteed is subject to release at 6pm on day of arrival.

- Yes, in order to receive credit you must be present through the entire course.
