This application should be completed only when you
are sure that you are ready to sit for the exam. If
you need assistance in determining whether your education
and experience fit the exam requirements, please contact
certification@ifma.org.

For Retake Certification Exam. This
form is to be completed ONLY by individuals who
have taken but not passed the exam within 12 months.
Other applicants should complete the standard application. |
| Equivalency-based
CFM Application. If you reside in a
part of the world where we have not yet customized
the exam for use, you can apply for equivalency-based
certification. Please note: We will no longer accept Equivalency Applications after June 30, 2010. If you decide to apply for the CFM by completing the Equivalency Application it must be received in our office no later than June 30, 2010. |
After an application is
approved, candidates have 90 days in which to sit for
the exam. Steps on scheduling an exam with Prometric
will be sent via e-mail with the approval notice.
