Planning and Project Management Competency Course

Operations and Maintenance Competency Course

Operations and maintenance functions comprise the majority of the operations that have to be managed on a day-to-day basis and are the source of 95 to 97 percent of the problems that can occur. By providing best practices O&M service, you can increase customer satisfaction and enhance the value of the facility and the facility department.
