Spend two or four days developing valuable skills for managing and improving daily FM tasks, while also making progress toward achieving a professional credential.
First, take a closer look at the day-to-day facility functions that make up the majority of a facility manager’s job, including the upkeep of building systems, interiors, exteriors and grounds, as well as energy management, janitorial services, emergency preparedness and security. This class also fulfills one of the four course requirements in the Facility Management Professional (FMP) program.

Then, acquire new skills for integrating the FM competencies into a complete, simple system that focuses on delivering quality and improving service. Learn how to measure and analyze your FM organization’s current performance, set new standards and integrate innovation into ongoing operations.
