Under Construction: IFMA Upgrades AMS for Improved Customer Service

To improve IFMA’s member service capabilities, the information technology department will be installing essential upgrades to the association’s AMS (association management system) beginning at 6 p.m. CDST on Friday, June 18.

During this upgrade process, certain modules on the IFMA website that interface with the AMS will be taken offline. Affected modules include the online bookstore, access to the CFM® assessment, etc. Certain other links on the website may also be affected.

As a backup to the website, the following communication mediums are available: telephone +1-713-623-4362; facsimile +1-713-623-6124; e-mail membership@ifma.org, education@ifma.org and communications@ifma.org.

We apologize for any inconvenience you may incur during this upgrade initiative. The website is a key component in providing world-class customer service 24/7, but it is not the only communications channel for reaching IFMA headquarters.
