Facility professionals who hold the Certified Facility Manager^® (CFM^®) crediential and/or the Facility Management Professional (FMP^®) designation have taken the time to invest in their professional development within the facility management field and demonstrate a commitment to the profession.

CFMs are comprised of experienced facility professionals who are recognized for their proficiency in all areas of FM. A competency-based certification, the CFM program assesses expertise in the nine key areas of facility management through work experience, education and the ability to pass a comprehensive exam.
